CANOPY
Continuing the idea of air and breath, a contemporary soundscape adds to the warmth and playfulness of lights darting back and forth above your head, creating an enveloping ceiling of light.

ENCHANTED FOREST
All that's concealed by darkness is brought to life, and the light allows us to see the beauty of the forest with new eyes. If you look closely enough, you may catch a glimpse of the forest's inhabitants.

WINGS
The pair of angel statues seen near the beginning of the trail bring the idea of flight, with these wings representing all of the flying creatures and animals that reside at Skansen. Have your photo taken in front of the wings!

QUARRY
Emerging from the woods, a moment of warmth and calm – reminding ourselves of the power and beauty of fire.

WOODLAND CREATURES
Skansen is well-known for its many animal inhabitants. Now they’ve gotten new bright neighbours. Can you spot and name all of these woodland creatures?

THE PARADE
Celebrating the elephants that lived on this site as recently as 30 years ago. Can you find the spots on the floor to view our elephants in their natural habitat?

GREENHOUSE
A playful nod to the sumptuous array of flowers that adorn the nearby beds in the summer months, this installation is inspired by the beauty of nature and the ever-changing seasons.

The Belfry
A finale to celebrate one of the tallest structures in the park. A spectacular show with light dancing across the sky, creating a show which can be seen from beyond the parks borders.

FIND YOUR WAY
Enter through Skansen's main entrance and follow the signs.
The trail starts and ends at Skogaholm's Manor. Here, you can enjoy something to eat or drink before embarking on your adventure.
Challenge: Can you spot all the animals hiding along the walk?
