SAFETY AND SECURITY

Winter Lights is a safe event to visit. We take safety and security very seriously. We have hosts and guards stationed at several fixed locations as well as hosts who move around the entire Winter Lights area. You will easily recognize them by their clothing and friendly demeanor.

WILL THERE BE LOUD VOLUMES AND FLASHING LIGHTS?

Some light installations are fixed in their glow and color, while others blink and change colors. Music and sound will also be present throughout Winter Lights, but always within the guidelines set by the Public Health Agency.

FOOD & DRINK

We have a wide range of food and beverages. Vegan options and alternatives for those with, for example, gluten intolerance are also available. See our menu below.

However, bringing your own food into Winter Lights is not allowed.

PAYMENT

You can pay with the most common credit and debit cards, and in some cases, with Swish. We do not accept American Express or cash.

No. Unfortunately, Winter Lights is not suitable for pets such as dogs. Even though the event is taking place in a park, there will be large crowds and gatherings that not all pets can handle. The light installations may also blink and change colors rapidly and will be accompanied by various sounds. Please leave your pets at home where they feel safe.

We make exceptions for service dogs on duty.

WHEELCHAIR ACCESSIBILITY

Winter Lights is planning to include a wheelchair accessible pathway. Keep in mind however, that the Gunnebo cultural reserve is partly hilly and it can be difficult to get around on wet and snowy ground.

If you have any questions about accessibility, please contact us at info@lightupyourwinter.com.

COMPANIONS

Companions always have free entry and do not need to purchase a ticket.

GUIDE DOGS

Guide dogs are welcome at Winter Lights.
